Unable to get approved for GitHub student developer pack

I am attempting to sign up for the GitHub Student Developer Pack. I have been rejected multiple times and followed the instructions in the rejection emails regarding completing the profile, billing information, and two-factor authentication.

I have taken screenshots of my enrolment using my phone and webcam. For some reason, the quality is always worse than what my camera usually produces.

Is there any way that I can email sharp screenshots of my enrolment details to GitHub? The requirement to use the proof of enrolment camera does not consider that if you are doing coursework remotely, a student card is not required, nor does it allow me to attach/upload screenshots of my enrolment from my student dashboard.
