Why does this prompt appear and how to turn off development mode?

Copilot is running in development mode. The debug server is listening on port 8180.

I have the same problem and I can't find any documentation on how to turn off the development mode. I have also no glue how I managed to turn it on. :-)

A short notice how to turn off the development mode would be welcome.

Same. Honestly pretty sick of this message and I turn copilot off most of the time because of it.

In my case, removing idea.is.internal=true from the idea.properties file (Help | Edit Custom Properties...) resolved the issue.
