This proposal builds upon the previous Ecosystem Program Proposal and reflects updated positions and responsibilities following the steering committee's recent discussions. The primary focus will now be on Marketing and Branding Management, while website maintenance tasks remain unchanged. These responsibilities will be managed by my team at DotMatrix under my supervision. Special thanks to the DCDAO team, particularly Denny, Bear, Ranji, Uncle, Aki Wu, for their support enabling me and for providing me with the opportunity to contribute to the project's development.

Proposed Roles and Responsibilities for Q3

1. Marketing and Branding Management

In my new role as Marketing and Branding Manager, I will focus on enhancing the visibility and reputation of Darwinia through strategic planning and execution. My responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing high-level marketing strategies to promote Darwinia's projects and initiatives.
• Managing branding efforts to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all platforms.
• Organizing and representing Darwinia at real-life events to increase community engagement and visibility.
• Collaborating with the community to gather feedback and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Coordinating with external partners and influencers to expand Darwinia's reach and impact.
• Overseeing the strategic direction of marketing campaigns and ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.

Amount proposed for this role: $3,000/month

2. Darwinia Website Maintenance

This ongoing responsibility involves maintaining the Darwinia.Network website, but often includes other related websites to Darwinia Network, ensuring it is free of bugs, and periodically adding new features and pages. This role is managed by my team at DotMatrix, with a commitment to handle 5-10 days of work per month as a retainer.
