Rebuild a single page?

Hi! Thanks for this project and its excellent documentation! I do have one question: I often have many pages to build in my book. Sometimes none would be rebuilt since I have caching turned on. However, one of them really does need to be rebuilt even though it isn't recognized as having changed because something that goes into the page has changed. Is there a way to force a single page to be rebuilt, even if it is manually deleting something? I tried deleting the page somewhere in the build directory but that didn't work.
