Showing off flask server that renders markdown and some plugins (ruby annotation and amsmath to mathml rendering

2nd time writing a markdown-rendering flask server. Last time I used python-markdown which was marred by the hard to use original markdown syntax. This time I kept it minimal and focussed on presentation. Plugins:

• sub and sup plugins but using the LaTeX syntax since I'm more used to it and prefer it over the pontentially conflicting syntax in other implementations
• ruby annotations. I have no use for this but thought they're cool so why not?
• amsmath syntax rendering. I know there is a plugin for this already but it renders using katex. but with html5 we have native math syntax rendering. so I grabbed a python lib that renders amsmath to mathml.
