Support Tool Calls / Functions in Playground

Describe the feature or potential improvement

Currently the playground only supports System, User, and Assistant messages. Requesting support for tool calls so that the playground can be used to iterate on function calling prompts.

This request extends to testing existing tool use generation traces in the playground.
