3rd option for "sharing" traces publicly

Describe the feature or potential improvement

• It would be really cool if there were a 3rd option when it comes to "sharing" traces Publicly
• Rather than just either private or public, we have a 3rd option of: public-ttl
• That would allow users to share a public trace for X hours/days (set as a TTL essentially)
• Then when the TTL expires, the link no longer is public

A central tracker to show ALL the public traces that were shared within a given project would be helpful. That way, admins can review it and revoke shared links as needed. Along with a count of how many traces were shared public per project.
