LANGFUSE_HOST for SDK client with custom base path #4479

Hello!

I have problem with traces are not sending from client. My setup is Docker compose + Nginx + custom base path. I've built langfuse from sources with arg NEXT_PUBLIC_BASE_PATH=/langfuse . Web app is working. But when trying to send traces, they don't appear and in debug log I have this

That said, should I use base host with subpath in client env, like that LANGFUSE_HOST: http://langfuse:3000/langfuse ?
