Send submission as email

With this feature, sending a submission to someone by email would be possible. The email address has to be entered manually or by selecting a project member.

The reason for this idea is to have the ability to send a falsely blocked submission to the person who has to process the mail usually (for example, in the case of a contact form where someone within an organization will check the submission).

Danger: By sending the submission by email, we can no longer encrypt the data. It would be good to show some info.
