The idea is to add a summary report that mosparo would email to the (selected) project members.

In the report, the project members could see the most important statistics about the project, like how many submissions mosparo processed, how many got detected as spam, how many rules and rule packages the project has, and when they got updated the last.

It would be configurable how often the summary gets sent. Possible options would be daily, weekly, or monthly.
