Rule assistant

The idea is to add a rule assistant. When you execute the rule assistant, it goes through all available (spam) submissions and tries to detect similar content, which could be added to a rule to block these submissions in the future.

The following things are required to make this assistant possible:

• It must be possible to mark submissions as spam if the message got through mosparo without detecting it
• The type of a field must be stored together with the field data (since, for example dropdown fields do not work well for such suggestions)

The assistant would suggest the possible rules to the user. The user can then choose one or all of the proposed rules. mosparo would create these rules automatically.
