Request for Execution Node Migration Guidance

Hi everyone,

As a node operator, we are currently planning to migrate our execution node from one cloud provider to another. Could you kindly provide the full documentation and guidance on the migration process?

Specifically,

Which files should be copied to the new server?
What precautions should be taken during migration?
Is there an optimal time to perform the migration, or can it be done at any time?
After the migration is completed, are there any actions required from the UI side?
In the Flow protocol, are there any conditions that could lead to jailing or slashing during migration? If so, what are the reasons, and how can we avoid these penalties?
