apax V1.3.0 behavior

Dear community user,

probably someone will run into the problem by creating an application example or a template:

This is caused by apaxin the Version 1.3.0.

In this case you've two options:

1. add -template in your command between @simatic-ax/ and template-name.
   Example:

   apax create @simatic-ax/template-ae-tiax --registry https://npm.pkg.github.com ae-tiax

2. Downgrade to apax V1.2.0

   apax self-install 1.2.0

Hope that behavior is just temporarily.
