does not show my packages in GUI after restart docker

Sorry for my english, but when I reload docker, my packages remain in the container, but my GUI does not show them, when I re-publish it says that such packages have already been created. We have to unpublish and publish again. Below I attach config.yaml and docker-compose.yaml
