Notion Like Table

I love the way Notion makes it accessible and easy to create and manage simple tables, would be pretty neat to have those advanced interactions on a component:

• Edit Cells,
• Select Cells
• Create rows and columns
• Move rows and columns
• Resize rows and columns
• Insert above and bellow
• Delete rows and columns
• Clear content of a row or column

Additional Features I thought of:

• Having a specified Height and Width that would allow to leverage tanstack's Virtualized infinite scrolling
• Header Groups, already on tanstack

I never seen anybody do this before on any UI library, so I think it would be pretty unique, and definitely possible with tanstack table. I seen that somebody suggested something similar, but I wanted to be little more specific.
