Create enumerated type for base mushrooms

Start with three types

1. Bolete
2. Roundhead
3. Chanterelle

These three base mushroom types should then trigger different sets of colors. (I.e., boletes would have a red/yellow cap and red/green stem, chanterelles would have a yellow cap and yellow stem - the types should have their own distinct feature variations.
