Related to oruga-ui/oruga#373

the z-index of the overlay from dropdown should be higher then the overlay z-index of the modal or sidebar

The conflict is related to the overflow rather than the z-index, as can be seen in these cases from an issue opened in the Bulma repository jgthms/bulma#936
