Background

Our CL README is missing a section on reward splitting logic. We should add in a brief overview of how it works.

Suggested Design

  • Explain that bonded shares for the canonical paired Balancer pool get a portion of incentives sent to CL pool

Acceptance Criteria

  • README section is added
