BUG: Gitlab graphql URL needs to be based on the repourl #3062

Describe the bug
Currently the graphql host is hardcoded to gitlab.com. This needs to be updated to reflect the approprate repository's base url.

Reproduction steps
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Execute CI-Tests against a repository that is not stored/hosted in gitlab.com
  2. Even if there are PR/MRs, results will show that there were no PR/MRs

Expected behavior
Expect the graphql to be executed against appropriate host so that results are accurate
