Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Qodana(https://www.jetbrains.com/qodana/) is not detected as a SAST tool. Spoon-core has 0/10 https://deps.dev/maven/fr.inria.gforge.spoon%3Aspoon-core. We run Qodana on every pull request, see https://github.com/INRIA/spoon/blob/master/.github/workflows/qodana.yml#L8.
Reproduction steps
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a repository and add Qodana with a github action to it.

Expected behavior
Using Qodana should count as a SAST tool.
