Thank you. Can I also ask that staff adjusts the 17Sept & 10Dec TAC calls to 2 hours to allow for thorough discuss of all submissions please? @KennyPaul

Thank you for proactively scheduling future funding cycles!

One of the questions that came up at the TAC meeting is if funds granted in a calendar year need to also be spent in that same calendar year. I believe the budget committee is taking up this issue and will report back at the next TAC meeting.

If it turns out funds do need to be spent in the same calendar year, then we might not be able to have a December funding cycle, unless people can find a way to spend the funds in 2 weeks.

@SecurityCRob Sept 17 and Dec. 10 meeting times have been extended.

@steiza logically the Dec. cycle would be targeting spend against the Q1 budget as a start rather than attempting to shoehorn it into the holiday period.
