Add advanced querying to Resources Library

Could we repurpose a lot of what the Data Ecosystem Discovery Portal is doing with the advanced query builder? At the moment, most users enter a 1-2 word query and then narrow down results with filters. Could we add a query building tool, or even the ability to apply multiple filters before executing a query? Or in the interim, since the Resources Library can execute advanced queries we could add signposting that lets users know they can write advanced queries (with maybe a couple examples)?
