I have 2 bare metal OVH servers, both are INFRA-2 running CloudLinux 7.9.
Inside one of my server, OVH RTM works well.
Inside the second one (the exact same config), I randomly cannot find the RTM in my OVH Manager.
I explain…
I discovered that, if I manually run the "beamium" command line, after about 1 hour, I start getting RTM infos in my OVH Manager. But, after few times (maybe a couple of hours or days), the beamium service seems to failed, and it seems that there is not any CRON or any beamium monitoring which ensure that beamium is permanently executed in the background.
Also, if I reboot my server, beamium seems to ne been started.
Obviously, I tried several times to reinstall/remove/install beamium and all the OVH RTM packages, both way (autoinstall, which seems to fail on CloudLinux… and manual install with "yum" command).
beamium -t said that my configuration is Healthy
The beamium logs are empty and I cannot find documentation on how to troubleshoot beamium.
Only one time, after running the "beamium" command for about 40 minutes, I got this (maybe temporary?) error :
Aug 06 14:09:15.975 ERRO post failed, error: http request failed, got 500, sink: rtm
Aug 06 14:19:15.978 ERRO post failed, error: http request failed, got 500, sink: rtm
Aug 06 14:20:15.974 ERRO post failed, error: http request failed, got 500, sink: rtm
They have a 10 minutes interval, you see ?
And then :
Aug 06 14:27:15.997 ERRO post failed, error: http request failed, got 500, sink: rtm
Aug 06 14:27:40.310 ERRO post failed, error: http request failed, got 500, sink: rtm
See attachment below.
So, do I have to remove somethings about RTM/beamium, manually, in my CloudLinux (Centos 7) system, and then, tried to reinstall Beamium (in which way, auto or manual install) ?
Can I launch some command lines to get more information about why beamium is not running permanently, sending data to OVH all the time ?
Thanks in advance.
