Hi, I have a request for a feature.
We sometimes have to upload very large files so use FTP but many find it a bit alien so its nice to add the FTP as external storage.

Running occ file:scan on all accounts can be time consuming especially when only a few accounts have ftp mounted within OC. Is it possible to have an app that allows a user who has been added to that app, to run the file:scan. Its better to have it ran a few times here and there than run it every 15mins via cron on all users.
