Feature request: Share a Shorty with selected users

The title says it all:
At the moment "shared" means "with all users of this OC instance".
A neat feature would allow to explicitly (de-)select one or more of them.

This has been discussed a number of times before. Which does not mean this is not a valid request :-)

The problem is (was) that the OC cores ShareAPI does not offer this. It kind of works the other way 'round. So everything would have to be coded from scratch. It might make sense to verify this statement for OC8 again, though.
