Seen w/ith oc-10.14.0 and market-0.9.0-rc.1

  • log in as admin, see the app switcher. it shows activity and market with their icon images:

  • Click market, look up activity in the list, click [UNINSTAL] -> activity is no longer found in the app switcher. OK.
  • The button changes to [INSTALL]. Click that button. The app is re-installed. OK
  • SHIFT-Reload, to invalidate caches, or logout, login.
  • check the app switcher:

  • The icon image is missing. BAD.

Expected behaviour:

  • activity works correctly, when installed in /apps/ or in /apps-external/

Workaround:

  • cd .../apps; cp -a ../apps-external/activity .
  • Now the app shows its icon image again.
