Wrong filename in zipfile when downloading from server

When I download a file from the server thru the web with special characters like Å Ä Ö (Swedish) it comes out wrong.

In the .zip file i got:
"Namnl+Âs.png" but it should be "Namnlös.png"

I saw that you did an upgrade for the german language, would be nice if you could fix swedish as well. :)

Closing because this was probably fixed by updating the Zip stuff via #7328

No, still the same error using OC 6.0.1.

As you can see in the referenced pull request it was merged 3 hours ago so this is not included in OC 6.0.1.

Yep, for clarification: This will only be in ownCloud 7. Or if you use latest master from git.
