Uploading file (denied by policy) twice results to incorrect message and infinite loading

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload a file .treasure
2. There is erro ✔️
3. Re-upload the same file
4. Green uploaded message and the file stays on loading ❌

This needs transloadit/uppy#4470 to be solved first. In the meantime, clicking "retry" via the upload info always works.

Update: we need to update Uppy to have the fix for transloadit/uppy#4470. That's currently not possible though because we need to get our stuff upstream first.
