Hikari One is a UTAU virtual singer voiced and developed by Kyomiii. This repo is a mirror site of Hikari One's Japanese UTAU voicebank. No changes are made on wav files and oto.ini files.
According to Hikari One's Terms of Use, redistribution of voicebanks, editing of oto.ini and audio samples, and porting to other synthesis softwares are allowed without permission, as long as you correctly attribute the voicebank name and author, and clearly state any changes you have made.
