Enable users of pace to implement their own converters to import and export data

This would also make it easier to integrate with 3rd party services. E.g., we could let pace sync with the GitHub issues for a repository and pull in the repository as a project, and it's issues as tasks while people would then be able to log the time they are working on certain issues.
