Now that @miloyip has started using GitHub for Rapidjson by pushing some code and copying some Google code issues, sync up the local changes with this upstream repository, once the migration has settled.

This will probably require a local rename of the repository and the creation of a real GitHub fork afterwards. Announce this transition in advance.

Most fixes and enhancements have now been merged upstream.

This repository will become obsolete soon and pah/rapidjson-upstream will be renamed to pah/rapidjson .
