Bug report

  • Package version(s): 2.0.0-rc.2
  • Browser and OS versions: Firefox 58, Windows 7 (x64)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Use BlueprintJS 2.0.0-rc.2 + NextJS
  2. Include/import and use <Tooltip> component

Actual behavior

Console prints error
ReferenceError: document is not defined
...portal.js:33:31

Expected behavior

Page should render without errors

Btw

When downgrading to @blueprintjs/core@1.35.5 everything works fine.

this is a Portal issue, renaming accordingly.
