Currently you need to specify a timestamp to get associations processed by logidze. If you specify a version (at: version) it will not set logidze_requested_ts and therefore will skip the logidze processing.

I tried some code to set the logidze_requested_ts when using at version but it has issues. I can create an incomplete PR for review.
