There is at least one place in the docs where the pangeo-forge-recipes version is referenced:

https://pangeo-forge.readthedocs.io/en/latest/introduction_tutorial/intro_tutorial_part3.html#pangeo-forge-version

We should incorporate some mechanism in the release process to prevent this from falling out of sync with the latest release (as it currently has).

Solved in #610 by just not referencing a version 😄
