The AcroForms demo is broken with the following error.

I am not sure if this is a problem with the new release or just the demo itself.

How to reproduce:

  1. Visit: https://mrrio.github.io/jsPDF/
  2. Choose AcroForms options
  3. Notice blank PDF preview
  4. View the above error (image) in the browser console.

It's the example that's broken. The AcroForm field classes are no longer exposed globally. They live under the global jspdf object. Could you prepare a pull request that fixes the example?
