The TransportEvent::ConnectionOpened is reported back from transports to the manager when a connection is established.
However, multiple addresses might have been dialed and resulted in failures.

Enrich the ConnectionOpened with a Vec<(Multiaddr, DialError)> for better address store tracking and achieve symmetry with `OpenFailures
