What existing feature needs improvement?
This involves mapping out compilation options from foundry to the settings expected by the resolc compiler currently we only map out the basic settings e.g. via ir, optimisation, runs

How should it be improved?
Check for compatibility between foundry exposed compilation options and resolc expected compilation options

Why is this better?
