Improve presentation of maker kit tutorial videos in docs #808

The videos hosted here were previously from YouTube, but our channel was mysteriously deleted about a year or two ago. The new ones in Vimeo are not sized appropriately. Perhaps they should be switched back to YouTube as well since we'd like to rebuild our community there?
