Internationalisation selections - click targets overlap scroll bar #28

When the Internationalisation language drop-down is open, the scroll bar is inaccessible due to the selectable options elements overlapping it. This causes languages near the bottom of the list to seem out of reach.

Key down works, mouse scroll works as a workaround.

This is also occurring in Chrome browser, SMTP server configuration Email Provider field.
