Create/build fullscreen layouts within Figma Extension File

Sizing Notes: default(overlay, 70 view-port), docked(100 view-port height, full screen, embedded(similar to full screen but goes within PF page layout or any other container with a set height)

Dev note: Set a max of 960px (60rem) to the chat container and the footer/message bar. Allow them to be centered horizontally when the view-port continues to grow wider. [from Mark]
