t20130912 -- real multiple Outputs

Big changes

• the Freebase prefilter has been updated to process contemporary Freebase dumps
• pse3 now creates a stream of rejected triples
• pse3 can be given an -r argument to set the number of reducers used

Underneath the surface, the work done to support the second output stream in pse3 will enable other applications to be built that create multiple streams.

First Public Cloud Release

This is the first public cloud release that can be run by accessing a requester-paid bucket in Amazon EMR. That binary is installed at s3://bakemono-public/bakemono-t20130815a-job.jar and can be executed following the instructions at
