How to Enable Refresh Tokens for a Custom Collection in Payload CMS?

I'm working on a project using Payload CMS and want to enable authentication with refresh token support for a custom collection (not the default users collection), Is there a specific way to enable refresh tokens for collections other than users? Am I missing any additional configuration or API usage?
