PayPalPayment enablePayPalShippingAddressesRetrieval is not working

I am using the Sample app provide to test the fuction of enablePayPalShippingAddressesRetrieval

Docummentation say enablePayPalShippingAddressesRetrieval: "Enables or disables user selection of shipping address from those that already exist in the user's PayPal account."

If I pass true or false, isNoShipping() and isEnablePayPalshippingAddressesRetrieval() change their value but the user is still enable to choose the addres.

Indeed, we shouldn't be offering that option is isNoShipping() returns true. This is a quick fix, and will be ready in the next release.
