Issues identified during working session GSC22 meeting in Moorea:

Controlled vocabulary terms

  • Contextual Metadata Analytical Procedures confusing/overly specific
  • Quantitative Amplification - why not have superclass amplification? This category is also potentially overlapping with Omics Sequencing Procedure

For further consideration

  • In the publication, we further describe each of the controlled vocabulary terms. How would we cover that?
  • Name Methodology category may be confusing
