hi,
thanks for this app which bridges the gap of my needs, partially.

i was asking me if it is possible to wait for these features:

  1. 1 option to display "show the current boot log" window at the launching

  2. (not related with [filter] Colorize each log line matching some regex #56 request) colorize output log by priority; as KSystemlog app does

  3. able to select a range of priority to an other way than the default one withe cursor line.
so as to select juste one or select a range starting by anywhere could be possible

Not feature request but UI improvement:

  • about the logs line outputs: get a font size bigger than the actual one
  • more space between each logs line output when they are displaying

regards

Hi!

These are very valid requests. I've previously thought about coloring the log according to the priority
and it requires some rewriting of the backend, which conflicts a bit with the changes in the PR you mentioned. I will probably need to adjust the internal representation of log entries to step away from pure, raw text. That is definitely desirable, but it will take some time.

For the other UX/UI improvements:

Slider: Split into issue #71
I think font size and spacing should be a setting, it would be nice to have them adjustable. I created #72 for this.
