Version 5.0 and documentation

We are making a great effort to documentate the software. This is the real challenge now. But we also in version 5.0, that is a version review of the latest one, were changing the way the linker framework has been built to make it more consistent. We have as well removed the other databases integration allowing only mongodb.

The resulting code is quite more beautiful because we have now more javascript knowledge.
