I understand that you are using Activator to bring up the dashboard, so a user can set it to whatever they want.
However the fact that the dashboard covers the status bar means that if you set the dashboard to be pulled down with a downward swipe (the way you do in iOS 5), it is infuriatingly impossible to dismiss the dashboard.
You need two different shortcuts, one to swipe it down, and another somewhere else to be able to dismiss it.
The fact that it drops over the status bar also means if I'm looking at my notifications I cannot see the time, tap on the bitesms icon, or even pull down my SBSettings window.
I hope this goes into consideration for the next update.
