Plus a lot of optimizations.
Now ConfigTest takes 0.9210 seconds (vs 1.1139) on PHP 5.4.10 ZTS+Debug.
Taking into account that the config tests are pretty simple, these 0.2 seconds can be seen as significant improvement.
As a bonus, Phalcon\Config now supports numeric properties.
