[Feature Request] Add button Force Update

It happened to Steph and me that the Pharo launcher does not update automatically its template even if the setting is turned on.

In that case we need to delete manually the template file from disk. It would be nice to have a force update command available in the UI of the lancher?

I don't think a force update is needed. We need to understand why you did not get a notice that the template sources changed.

I also think that a force update button is necessary. Another use case is that someone that did not open the Pharo launcher from a long time and want to make sure that everything is at latest.
