Better naming for Presenter that are presenters! #560

MessageBrowser -> StMessageBrowserPresenter so that we know that this is a Pharo tool AND a presenter.
VersionBrowser -> StVersionBrowserPresenter

This is super annoying not to be able to have consistent naming conventions.
